Chicken Babri Kabab Recipe

900 gm Chicken (Leg pieces)
80 gm (5 Tbs) Ginger and Garlic paste
8 gm (1 ½ ts) Salt
3/4 ts White pepper powder
1 ½ ts Fenugreek leaf powder
20 ml or 1/3 ts Vinegar
40 gm= 2 2/3 Tbs Coriander
4 gm= 3/3 ts Powder of green cardamom
4 Tbs Cooking oil
300 gm = 1 ½ cup Basin
4 Eggs
200 gm = 1 cup Cream
50 gm Butter


Wash the chicken.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture of ginger & garlic paste, salt, white pepper, gram masala, Fenugreek leaf powder, coriander and green cardamom powder for 20 minutes.
Fry basin in the oil then put it in a bowl. Add four egg and cream in it and make its paste.
Apply this paste on the chicken leg pieces and leave it for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, fry it for 10 to 15 minutes on the grill. Pour butter on the chicken and fry again for 2 – 3 minutes.
Serve it with salad.
